Homecoming Royalty vs Queens. There was a lot more involvement this year but the Greeks still won most, if not all, of the top spots. Wonder if any of the finalists were Hunt Scholars.

It’s a Homecoming King and Queen. That’s it. No changes. Had to explain to my 12ur daughter on the hill between pizza box slides, that people make dumb decisions for dumb reasons. Congrats to SMU for being the shining example.

Dudes are so fragile. If it's on the merits and 4 of 5 finalists were women then there's a chance the top two were women.

Would rather see them take the approach of there being just one top ΓÇ£royalΓÇ¥. This person could then choose what the prefer to be called (e.g. Homecoming King, Queen, or Royal).

Who cares? The whole Homecoming Court thing is ridiculous. It is nothing for SMU to be embarrassed about but I'd be fine with them just doing away with it all together. If you like embarrassing, pointless traditions go enroll at A&M.

wait, is this still a thing? seems like 1950s ... kind of a dumb thing ... i like the concept of homecoming ie people coming back to their alma mater and celebrating it, etc. but a homecoming king and queen seems like a middle school thing from 50 years ago LOL ...
