Memphis game Question about Band

Post by BUS »

Can anyone help me with the name of the school for the visiting band? It may be a charter school and Excellence was part of the name.

Thanks - They were GREAT!

They were good!

I do miss the dark days where halftime show highlights included 8 year olds jumping rope

Boy that was awful, but I guess it did boost the attendance since all the parents were in the crowd.
Probaly won't happen...BUT...maybe it will!!

The visiting cheerleaders weren't as into it as the visiting band. I hope Universal Academy comes back at least once a year if not more. They could get band scholarships as well.

Those kids were incredible. Hoping it builds future connections to band students coming to the Hilltop.
