Huge challenge today. This Mustang team has not fared well against good teams on the road, winning only at Memphis. Hopefully we can outlast Houston in a 40 minute slugfest, but it's all about making threes for our guys. Hope they like the sight lines in Houston's arena. Need to come out hot and not fall too far behind early.

The refs called a tight game at Moody, which benefited SMU as some key Houston players got into foul trouble which made a big difference down the stretch as we ended up +10 on free throws made in a two point game. If they don't call a similar tight game today then we could be in for a long day as Houston like to be very physical.

And yes - we need to land our threes as well - and not fall behind by 15 as we did at Moody.
