Thoughts on 10th seed? I would imagine winning conference and tourney would get an 8th seed - Any chance to beat Mich State - Vitale seems to like Izzo teams...I haven't seen them play this year.

Michigan State will destroy Nevada.
UTEP might scare the hell out of Maryland, though. I don't think they'll upset the Terps, but they could be really dangerous.

I heard some talking heads say that Nevada could beat Michigan State which has been a bit psychotic this year (up and down). Nevada has been consistently good and is tough inside where it counts in the NCAA tournament. Maryland is white hot right now, and they know even if they get down by a bunch they have the fire power to come back. That is the team that scares me the most in the tournament (partly because I have to hear it all the time up here in Terrapin country). UTEP wil keep it close partly because Maryland can't seem to put two halves together, but the Twerps will win.
