Re: Future Schedules
Let's drop Colorado. As an ACC team (got to get used to saying that!), we can land other solid OOC opponents, and there's no reason to help Sanders.
Re: Future Schedules
And arenΓÇÖt we done helping tcu? IΓÇÖd drop that game in 24 no matter the sentimentality.

2024 is at SMU, and I think the list is wrong because it doesn't have the 2025 game in Fort Worth.
I'd be fine telling them to go away after a final game at SMU next year. They owe us a home game anyway for their early-covid shenanigans.

2025 game doesn't have a location yet, but good catch. I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere other than that's when the series was ended. But did see it here...
TCU hosts SMU this season, then visits Dallas for the 2024 edition. No 2025 game is currently listed on college football scheduling sites, but McMurphy confirmed the '25 edition will be played.

We owe the School of Many Wives a couple of beatdowns for the residual Holiday Bowl heartburn of 42 years ago...

Re: Future Schedules
I think Miami, Florida State, and Clemson want to recruit Texas! They each come to Ford 2X while we travel there 1X each over the next 7 years. I also think we will see a home and home with Notre Dame when that portion is released. Fun times coming on the Boulevard.
We went from playing two Power 5 teams this year to eleven next year. We had better be ready to put our big boy pants on next year.

Re: Future Schedules
It feels good to finally have a good football schedule. I just hope we step up our recruiting so we are in the top half of the conference.

Seriously? No time to get pompous. TCU is our best rivalry and we should keep this series going as long as possible. Force TCU to be the school that doesn't want to continue this series.

Re: Future Schedules
I like the schedule for next year. A real step up in competition overall. I like the current OOC schedule. I have no issue with Colorado. Glad we get OU again. Think Vandy is a great add. Be nice to add a Big 10 team if possible. Would like to add another SEC if possible. Could care less about the old SWC teams being added to the schedule.

Yes seriously. Screw them. We have bigger fish to fry now.

Was the game at Vanderbilt always next year or was it moved up?

Sanders will be long gone from Colorado by 2030.
