Pretty intense basketball from both teams so far. Great match up of some pretty good basketball teams right now

Our guys seem to be forcing things a little too much right now. They are getting away from motion and sharing the ball like they were when they were getting good looks. FAU is tough defending the paint

Re: SMU VS OWLS
SMU 3-14 from three. That's not going to get it done. FAU defends the paint well so our guys will have to catch fire to have any chance of winning this game. When they were moving the ball there were openings around the FT stripe and guys were knocking down mid range shots but we got away from that and started jacking threes. It's going to take all of our guards knocking down threes to keep this game close but with the added adrenaline of playing at home I expect FAU to pull away in the 2nd half. Hope I'm wrong

Looked to me like he just called it what it was. Whistle and tie had already been called and Lanier kept holding on, then went into flop mode when it didn't appear he was pushed very hardDukie wrote:ΓÇ£There’s a little dive?!?ΓÇ¥ Eff this announcer. Who is it?

That was a pretty ugly last 3 minutes with our guys taking some very low percentage shots...too often with a defender in their faceindianmustang wrote:need a bucket here

Hot & cold Ricardo Wright was 0-4 from three. We really need him to start draining shots in 2nd half. Phelps and Harris shot pretty well and Ambrose-Hylton was really active but we need Williamson to be more disruptive in 2nd half
Re: SMU VS OWLS
What BPS nonsense. It’s common to stay in place for a moment after the whistle. He was knocked to the ground aggressively and unnecessarily by two FAU players.Charleston Pony wrote:Looked to me like he just called it what it was. Goldin is just killing us on both ends of the floor. Not a good match up for our guys against FAU. At least Lanier is knocking down threes but need more from our other guards
