Matt Norlander said on CBS sports (around the 8:20 mark) that he's told the next coach at SMU could make "north of $4.5 million"

put him on an incentive plan- 150k/win, 0 for a loss. 250 bonus for NIT and 400+ for ncaa plus additional for each level he moves up.
