Cowboys camp starts football season

Now that the Cowboys have started their training camp, football season has finally started. Soon the mustangs will start training too, and we will have some fresh stories to discuss about our team. I can hardly wait. What date do they report?

Frankly, I could care less about the Dallas Plowboys. They're one (of many!) reasons that Dallasites don't come out to see SMU play as much as they did before pro football arrived.

Yeah, who cares about the Cowboys? They are garbage. But should we think that people would come see SMU if like they left town?

That's apples and oranges. SMU is in a permanent location as an educational institution. SMU will *always* be in Dallas. The Plowboys can go wherever they want because they're a business. Kind of like Levi jeans deciding to go south of the border for its manufacturing division.
