Although I'm not an Alum, I have 2 boys who will be starting at SMU in 2005/2006. One will be in Computer Engineering. The other is interested Computer Game programming. He will be attending a camp this summer around the subject.
I am curious, is there a major specific to Game programming? Or is ...

Stallion - surely you don't ask for any proof on opinions given by others?
I'm sure GRGB has seen him play, or at the very least talked to one of his coaches.
I trust the Coaches evaluation of his talent, that they offered him a scholarship.

If Marcus is a great TE and a terrific DE, you had better tell the Allen coaches. Because he played DT all year long. Not that he couldn't play those positions, but hard to say that without seeing it first hand

Re: RB DeMyron Martin, Allen
Nate Cook saved the Allen game with an unbelievable snag over a defender for a 52 yard gain.
Marcus Shavers is very emotional player. And is pretty built considering he is a junior. I don't think he has gotten any bigger since the beginning of the year. They rotate the DL, so he doesn't play all ...

Re: RB DeMyron Martin, Allen
I've been to every Allen game. What's amazing is that he didn't even start the first couple of games. He played a little last year.

Re: TCU bowling now
While it's hard to admit, it's actually pure genius.
They get to play at Home, No money spent on travel, and they can keep recruiting from their offices.
It looks like their association with ESPN has really paid off.
Now when they get beat, we can all laugh a little. But it's better than ...

Hoop Fan has it right. They weren't as strong as past years, but found a way to win all but one.
Was it just the O-line giving out a little bit in the 2nd half, or did we not adjust to the changes they made in the second half?
If the freshman O-linemen are as good as advertised, then why not ...

Re: Back to Earth!!!
It's amazing that anyone would laugh at any bowl that another school was going to. I'd kill to watch SMU in a bowl game.
But hey, the gap isn't as large today as it was yesterday. And next year, we can only go up.

Re: A Prediction
Mr Stallion - we agree more than you might think. My point is before we bemoan TCU, we now have to pass Tulsa (based only this season). I guess Tulsa could fall to 0-9 next year, but who knows.

Instead of telling me who you don't want to play, why don't you Mr B try winning a game any game.
I'm starting to believe that our coach is such a hothead that he flys off the handle and says stuff that others might just pass on.
