Re: Celebration of Lights

I took relatives up Bishop last year to show off Dallas Hall and half the lights were out on the columns. I know classes were out, but there weren't any full-time maintenance people there to fix the burnt out bulbs?

Whew!! After all of the publicity of this past weekend, I was beginning to believe that it would be possible for KSU to sell Bennett to their alums. I think we need Bennett here for a few more years before his brother or someone else can take over!

However, after this miracle season, I want him ...

It's good to hear that the coaches use the "Harvard of the South" line in the houses. If only that line would have worked on Matthew Stafford!!

I completely understand the need to limit personal attacks and insults, but removal of a discussion is rediculous when there was nothing to merit it.

what gives?

Congrats Mimi,

As Ramda Guys, I am sure you are correct in the assesment they did not ever play football. If it was sipping wine or clothes shopping, that would certainly be a ...

*ahem* That was me. Those are the plates that my father - who was an SMU yell leader in 1947 - obtained the first year that 'special plates' were available in Texas. I've held on to them since his passing. I still use them on the car that I inherited from him. The plate that I was holding up at the ...

Design Next Season's Marketing Campaign

Fellas,

Our mission is to increase attendance at the games. Here are my suggestions.

1) Free admission to all Veterans.

2) Stallion's "Big D" Idea: If SMU could pull this off, it would be a great idea. The only problem is that SMU students think of themselves more as Parkies than citizens ...

Well answer me this. What other Mustang QB post-DP could be starting in the NFL, even for the lowly Cardinals? How many of our QB’s post DP have been drafted and finally, how many SMU Mustangs post DP have been drafted in the 3rd round or higher?

Was McCown's Talent Squandered?

Fellas,

I know Stallion will throw up mad numbers against this post, but McCown does not look bad for the Cardinals. Even with the 40 year old Emmitt in the backfield and an okay OL, McCown moves the ball. After watching him at SMU, this shocks me beyond belief. I laughed when the Cardinals ...
