I believe SMU will be the harder game as it's on the road and SMU beat Houston straight up.

I thought Memphis played well on D, but you can't get out rebounded like that while going 3-15 (20%) from 3 point land.

I can't get upset with Dedric for his little mistakes because he's still just a kid...I mean, he turned 19 in October while your Duke transfer is 22...Dedric still ...

Tubby has finally gotten KJ to look for the open man BEFORE he decides to attack or shoot his own shot...he's good at feeding the ball to Dedric...but if Memphis gets up, he's bad about returning to his ball hog ways.

Memphis has 3 really good players in Dedric Lawson, KJ Lawson, and Markel Crawford...we also have a point guard who will try to distribute it to one of those players, or try and get to the foul line.

that's it...but they're well coached...I will give em that.

this three game home stand will tell the tale for Memphis...

12/27 - SMU
12/30 - South Carolina
01/05 - UConn

we'll know what kind of team Memphis is after that stretch.

both Memphis and SMU lack a lot of depth, so it should be a entertaining game!

Memphis will probably only play 8-9 guys against SMU with Chad Rykhoek out.
