That was the worst officiating we have seen in a long time! The girls stayed strong against a very physical Baylor team and refs that should have been wearing green jerseys. CP did very limited substitutions. While the result is sad, I'm impressed with the resolve and stamina the ladies showed.

I'm hopeful Steve O comes through, but moving Erwin to the men's program makes me wonder. Erwin had a terrible reputation with both clubs and other colleges. Sting wants nothing to do with him, so he did everything he could to be chummy with Texans.

I was impressed by the team play especially on the offensive end. The forwards and midfields did a good job both possessing and attacking. We had a lot of offensive energy in the first half, but I think the formation change in the second half absolutely gutted us. It was a more defensive scheme with only 1 forward up top. Rice played a very aggressively which always makes SMU start resorting to playing kickball instead of possession ...

Nice to see their resilience in coming back twice. Especially since the first goal unt scored was due in part to a horrible call by the ref. The ladies showed a lot of poise. I'm starting to worry about the injury situation though.

The band is NOT part of Meadows! It is under Student Affairs. Also, no band is allowed to play music while the football play is going on (i.e. breaking the huddle).
