I'll admit that I am a new SMU fan thanks to my kids acceptance to the school, and I am a new season ticket holder, so I don't know as much about the program then all of you do. But I did graduate from a school that held academics to a high standard also and lost some recruits because of it.

Good point. But I'm interested in the athletes scores not the general student population. It seems that compromising academics is a trend throughout the country.
