Good speed and agility in the videos. Why were these guys dismissed from the team?
They were kicked out of school for drinking (underage) and being dumb enough to walk back through the gates of West Point drunk AND having one of their group (which was not just the 3 headed to SMU) puke within ...

Re: And SMU steals a 4th recruit from Army
Is there any way we can check & see if Air Force & Navy kicked anyone off their team that might be a fit here ?
I always thought they had better programs than Army.
Regardless, this kid seems to be the best prospect of the Army preps.

Re: Army Prep cornerback Sidney Wilkinson has committed to S
Any word on the other former Army Prep cadet candidate who visited, Shaun Kagawa? He's probably the biggest loss (on the defensive side of the ball) among those who were kicked out of the USMA Prep School.
Regarding Wilkinson, good luck to him at SMU. I did get a chuckle out of the scout.com ...

Re: East West Shrine Game - Sat in Orlando
How did the guy from Texas end up on the East team?
And LSU has one guy on the East team and one on the West team. What gives?
The Citadel has a team member but TCU doesn't?
There are always some geography questions about the rosters in this game... here are some others for this year:

Re: OFFICIAL Bowl Game Complaint thread
Wish there had been a parachute drop but I guess SMU caused that SNAFU as well.
If the parachute team didn't jump, then it's probably the weather's (wind's) fault.
Sarcasm dude, sarcasm. The jump was cancelled due to low ceiling and it was announced more than once. But as you can tell, our duty ...

Re: OFFICIAL Bowl Game Complaint thread
And now I remember why I can never remember the blocking below the waist rule.
What is most interesting to me about that rule is the fact that in general, blocking below the waist is okay -- at least okay enough so that the times when it is a penalty can be listed.

Re: OFFICIAL Bowl Game Complaint thread
Well, by rule #1 that should have been a penalty, if it's the same illegal block I'm thinking of, plenty to chose from if it wasn't. How many penalties did Army have in the game?
#1? Which of our offensive linemen was lined up more than 7 yards from the center?
How many holds did SMU have in the ...

Re: OFFICIAL Bowl Game Complaint thread
It wasn't a crack block-but I thought it was blocking below the waist for sure. I think that is allowed within what is it 3 or 5 yards of the llne of scrimmage which is probably why the flag was picked up. Anybody know the rule?

...I really enjoyed the interviews done by ponyfans.com.
Also, although I was not at the game, I have heard from several friends who were there. They are unanimous in their praise for the hospitality of SMU fans.
Good luck next year!
