I just went back and watched them. Cuello's second yellow was just ridiculous. Meinecke had a hard foul on Cincinnati, which the ref called. The players got up and had words and Meinecke kind of shoved him. It probably should have been yellow, but it was just after the other red so I imagine the ref was a bit card happy.
