yeah because I'm so well known for cheerleading SMU football recruiting for 2 decades. People that have followed this board for more than the period of their son's eligibility know that I have been brutally honest about SMU recruiting for decades. One metric they should recall is that I've always stated that TCU built their program by consistently signing over 65% of their Class from BCS programs. This is the first time SMU has met that goal since the creation of the BCS. I'm being consistent in my analysis as most should be able to see. You on the other hand don't know what the [deleted] you are looking at. This Class is well beyond the metrics of all other SMU post DP classes except for the ridiculous Rivals star ratings which can't be compared to past classes by any one with a clear understanding of what those stars mean.

We got 75% of our commits with P5 offers and heading toward perhaps 200 FBS offers (currently 179) after a 2-10 season and we got this [deleted]-clown complaining about SMU's recruiting. Nobody that understands SMU's recruiting past could complain about those numbers.

I don't think anyone thinks that we are going to be #1 but they are doing a good job considering the situation that are in at this time.
