Re: Boykin being very TCUFatterson is pissed off right now gnawing on pork chops trying to come up with an excuse. He sucks! TCU sucks! And the color purple sucks!
Re: Boykin being very TCU
If it was anyone else besides a police officer you would probably be right. I think he might get some jail time because of who he assaulted.
Re: Boykin being very TCUClemson suspended 3 players for failing drug tests for their game today.
Peruna is my mascot!
Re: Boykin being very TCU
I hope he transfers to SMU.
Re: Boykin being very TCUI'm no TCU apologist, but this really stinks for them. Your QB and leader losing it like this is a huge black eye for the program. Kid obviously can't handle alcohol and fighting a cop is going to cost him big. I can't imagine Patterson playing him regardless of whether he is "available"
Re: Boykin being very TCUHe's already suspended for the game. Its not even anything you think about.
And it sucks for them, but that is just hunky dory with me.
Re: Boykin being very TCU
Article says he was at the hotel at midnight for a bed check, so it looks like he went home for curfew then headed back out. Derail the Frogs!
Re: Boykin being very TCUHe probably should've just watched some porn and went to bed
Re: Boykin being very TCUHanging around the wrong crowd-Highland Park kids with their fat wallets will get you in trouble every time

Re: Boykin being very TCUThis free speech stuff and protecting these heckling cowards at bars and sporting events needs to go. We see it at sporting events especially where these punks know they can use the worst language imagineable and they are allowed to do it and add a pint of whiskey and it is worse. Hecklers and those using provocative language are the ones that should be facing the punishment they deserve...whether it be at the hands of the people they are provoking, the police are the stadium/bar establishment is up to debate.....like they used to do it in the good old days.
Re: Boykin being very TCUyou're old school-like me-you cheer on your home team-not degrade the opponent. I hate the [deleted] who get off with the personal heckling of players/coaches-although it may have more of a place in Basketball but it still can go over the line. Its very high school-ish also known as Texas Tech-ish. You can create just as hostile an environment by cheering on your own team than you can heckling. NCAA has made efforts to address this in stadiums though

Re: Boykin being very TCUDid he really just say this free speech stuff needs to go?? That's a pretty big jump.
I agree heckling opposing players is bush league, but if you are drunk at a bar at 2:30 in the am - and the supposed Heisman candidate QB of the other team walks in also drunk - I can see how it might be too big a temptation to pass up. Whoever did it was bush league, but probably just won the game for Oregon.
Re: Boykin being very TCU
2 dumbest statements said in this board. Move to China or the middle east if you hate this free speech stuff.
