I'm glad we care enough about a sport to have to worry.

That's a helluva welcome there. BTW, how much longer does Shaka Smart have?

It's a valid concern due to the test scores but the test score issues may have been due to the language difference, who knows. We'll see, but definitely glad to have him and hope he does very well in the classroom (and not just for basketball but for himself).

This is a very big thing. the only true center at this point. we could use one more - but at least this gives us a shot with a line up that will roll in Ben M, Aussie, Dukie and Tedenski

One more real inside post would give us a ton of flexibility with Aussie and Dukie.

We need a stop gap PG more than we need another big. Jarrey can give minutes, 2-4. Ultimately, find another ball handler that offers a change of pace to shake.

Definitely could use another quick water-bug like PG similar to Nic.

Change of pace, yes. Like Nic, no. A kid like Weathers is 6'2. I'd think Wilson is off the ball mostly to start. Kid can really shoot, but our only real weakness may be guard speed w/the ball and kids who can get their own looks at anytime. Weathers addresses that. don't get me wrong, I love Bruno, possibly more than Kapita, but 3 in one cycle is hoarding and gonna cause a transfer. Jarrey has been battling, so he's your utile wing and big.

Trae Young would be nice. Going to be a battle to get him.

While we are dreaming about 2017 PGs go ahead and put Tre Duval in the mix. He's from Delaware but transferred to Advanced Prep in Dallas last year. #1 PG in the class. He's Mudiay with more of an offensive game. I think he has already been to a game or two at Moody. LB would make him the first pick in the 2018 draft. I'm sure hoopmanx is familiar as I believe Maryland is currently in the lead. Very unlikely he ends up at SMU but it's fun to think about...watch this and you'll see why.

It really is amazing to see us in the mix for players that have Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, and UCLA as options and still have strong interest in us. Unthinkable only 5 years ago.
