Here's my criteria:

Never a top two scorer on the team
Never made an all conference first team
Made a huge impact despite the two points above

Yeah admittedly my criteria aren't perfect as someone could be underrated and still lead the team in points at least 1 year. But I was hoping to surface the true diamonds in the rough.

Also I love that someone mentioned Courtland. Very true and not your normal pick for underrated.
