Not at all interested in Dykes. This search has been insanely quiet up until this point.

Maybe I do not give as much money as all you high rollers but I am not on speed dial with any of the decision makers. Personally I do not want a bunch of info because I do not want any strike outs publicized. I do want a decision soon. Hopefully tomorrow.

Re: So, is it Sonny Dykes?
Put these numbers on the pay site but decided to put here for the "poor people"
Just to give you an idea of the style and tempo of Cal Offense under Dykes, SMU in 2017 and TCU 2017 where Dykes worked in 2017. These are play ratios not percentage ratio
Cal in 2016--52/35 Pass/Run Ratio
TCU in 2017-30-39 Pass/Run Ratio
SMU in 2017 -38/37 Pass/Run Ratio
I'm hoping he modifies offense based on TCU experience. I heard him quoted in Cal video that he likes to fit his system to the personnel-actually kind of rare at College level

Traylor is not going to be the OC at Arkansas. But we agree he's a potential up-and-comer with strong recruiting skills. Could he fit here as the OC under Dykes?

If we get Dykes I will wager Traylor will be RB coach at UA.

How many Texas HS coaches are there that would love to coach in college? I bet it wonΓÇÖt be too difficult to pick up one as an assistant coach. They can be the link to the coaching ΓÇ£club ΓÇ£

If I had to guess, they will sign Traylor after the bowl game with a $1.5m contract and use the rest of to recruit strong OC and DC and recruiters.
If you're join going to hire Traylor, make it official before the bowl game so we can try and salvage as much of the recruiting class as possible. It's not like we'll be able to tell what kind of coach he'd be based off of one bowl game with half a coaching staff.
I agree but knowing this admin. TheyΓÇÖre probably seeing how the game goes to determine if he gets the job. This to me drive me nuts because obviously recruiting takes a hit. I suppose he could tell recruits that heΓÇÖs going to be the coach in talks but if he gets kicked out then the recruits are going to be like f this.

What on earth are they thinking???
Dykes does not run a pure air raid.
And he spent this season studying TCUΓÇÖs offense.
