DeGroat's only going to be a freshman (redshirt) this season - how high could he get by the time he's a senior?

Coach Vic Villoria " We're not building bench pressers, we're building football players." ..........I assume that his program is not just about an increase in strength, but also an increase in agility and speed/quickness. Also, an added benefit should be more endurance in the fourth quarter.

You're right -- the guys are constantly on the move in the weight room, and they're constantly doing ab work between sets and even on the field. I bet the quickness and endurance improves as much as overall strength.
