U. of Miami Hoops Fans Might See More Action in Stands Than on Court
The heart-thumping thrill of big-time college basketball is enough to fill arenas on many campuses, but not at the University of Miami, where the men's basketball team has played before small crowds in recent years. What's missing?
Bikinis, apparently. According to The Miami Herald,

the Florida university plans to install a hot tub, a sandbox, and a lifeguard tower in the student section of its arena. Officials will encourage students to wear beach attire to the games.
Miami is also dropping the price of season tickets and adding several in-game services, including massages, haircuts, and shoeshines. Throw in a dolphin tank, and everyone just might forget that the Hurricanes were 12-20 last season. â€â€Eric Hoover
