Norm says he sees it as Fran and Coker
Doesn't think Fran would be a long-term hire due to history of puddle-jumping.

Fran was at NM for 6 years and then took the TCU job.
TCU for 3 years and got the chance to coach at Alabama which anyone in the WAC would have taken.
Went to A&M when he found out about all of the infractions at Alabama.
That may be puddle-jumping to Norm but to me it is the typical thing you see with all coaches who want to move up the ladder.
Have you guys ever looked at the resumes of coaches. They drive moving vans instead of cars.

Wouldn't it be nice 2 years from now to hear the coach search blogs stating that "the once dead SMU program, now flourishing, is a dream job for coaches nationwide"?
