I often struggle with the death penalty, but this is pure torture for this victim. Take these people outside and shoot them. They will get a quick death not nearly as brutal as the torture she must have gone through.

Prayers and thoughts are with the family and the victim. AND secure the borders. Not all illegals are horrible people, but there is a reason we have laws.
