Tulsa's 22 recruit Class has 57 other Division 1A offers-this is a better class than people think with immediate help at needed positions

Tulane's 20 recruit Class had 27 other offers-I'd bet 60% were Sun Belt or similiar

Stallion...I think you are right about the 3 star rating this year. It is over the top. I think the best gauge is offers by other BCS schools (or at least BCS plus CUSA/Mt West). Maybe you have time to break that down for us! :D

Looking forward to the trip to Ford! Hope Special Delivery orders in the fajitas...

may wait until signing date but I'm sure you're aware most of TCU's recruits have a long list of BCS offers. I do realize that counting offers isn't perfect but either is Scout whose analysis isn't thorough enough or Rivals with its wacky mysterious bonus points

TCU wins the BCS Challenge in a rout with 64 other BCS offers among only 18 recruits and SMU has 18 other BCS offers among 23 recruits. Quite frankly the two teams are recruiting on two different levels. TCU, as has been the case for years, is recruiting against BCS level competition and whipping BCS schools in recruiting for a high percentage of their players. This is not a new trend-basically been happening for most of the past 12 years.

Thanks for doing this. Wasn't just trying to show a difference between TCU and SMU....I wonder how SMU is doing against other CUSA schools. You're right its far from an exact science but what else is there to do until August???

SMU is in the second tier of 3rd to 5th place. So. Miss. and UH are in the top tier.
