Actually I think the league minimum is over $300K per year, and when they negotiate a new CBA (hopefully this year), I imagine it'll go up even more.

If you have ever pulled a paycheck from an employer 150,000 plus. You will know that you are in about a 50% tax bracket with little to no deductions (kid straight out of school). Bust that to 300,000 you’re working about half of the time for the Obama administration.

Not to mention the fact that you want to pay back everyone that has gone in debt for you the last 4 to 5 years with truck payments, insurance, food when the kitchens closed, travel, phone bills, electric bills, someone moved out can you pay the rent bills... I believe that there would also potentially be state income taxes depending on the number of days out of town on road trips if the away site is in a state with state income taxes.
