Well then you are familiar with the properties, still in pretty good shape, its clean and the airconiditioning still works, the truth is the more it is used the better condition it remains in. It must be almost 40 years old.
I think just to top off the whole thing - since JJ loves all things Hawaii and our purpose in life is to make him happy above and beyond 2 million a year, why dont we put Sam and Dave, or Tom and Jerry or whatever those dudes are that ride alpo and gluestick in a couple of hawaiin grass skirts some flowery shirts and a couple of coconut bras - and for Gods sake lets make sure they have lei's on since anything on the sidelines must have on a lei.....(thats spelled l.e.i. - dont want to confuse the kappas and piphi's).

I have not been there since the late 70's. I believe they were new when he bought his. Had a little Volkswagon Rabbit we drove around in. Got in good with the golf pro and played the course for free. It was cheaper for me to go to Acapulco for vacation than driving somewhere near Austin/Georgetown which is where I lived at the time.
