What's going on with this? In the ESPN article (on another thread), Doh says something like he expects Smith to be a freshman starter. They also talk about Pats like he is going to be playing. No mention of Vilde though.

these publications basically call a few people in the offseason and read the SIDs prospectus to write their preseason analysis. Probably took the quote directly from prospectus. Quote could be months old. They don't actually go to each of the hundreds of schools playing basketball to visit and interview the coach in order to write the story.

The bad news is that we won't have some of our major players this season and that will obviously cost us in the W-L column. No way can you get rid of Doh with the class he is bringing in this year...that bought him at least 2 more years after this.

2) You guys have completely overblown this recruiting class, just b/c it has locals. Unless we sign a monster w/the 5th ship, it'll be the 4th or 5th best class in CUSA
