Anyone going to the NIT games at Stanford?I know most of you live in Texas, but is anyone else planning on going to the NIT games next week at Stanford? I live a few minutes off campus and am planning on going to the Tuesday night game, and maybe the Monday night one if anyone wants to grab a cold one or several.

Re: Anyone going to the NIT games at Stanford? Is tip-off at 5pm (PST)? We are planning to get there but need to know...coming from East Bay.
Re: Anyone going to the NIT games at Stanford? We have a group of 5 going including GiddyUp and RGV Pony. We have tickets to both games. I do not know what time the first game starts. Originally I heard 5 and later 7. Will need to find out for sure.

Re: Anyone going to the NIT games at Stanford?Where did you get your tickets ? I went to the Stanford ticket site and they never came up. This where the Mustang club could have organized something for Bay Area members.
Re: Anyone going to the NIT games at Stanford?called the Stanford ticket office and said we wanted tix to both sessions in the "SMU Section."
Anyone going to the NIT games at Stanford?any suggestions on a local bar to meetup?
Re: Anyone going to the NIT games at Stanford? There are a couple options. In downtown Palo Alto the best place would be the Old Pro. Big sports bar with a ton of TV's and good food.
There is also Nola which is right next door and has kind of a New Orleans vibe to it. Not really a sports bar, but a fun spot with good drinks/food. Rudy's is kind of a dive bar, but is another good option. I've never eaten there, so I can't speak to the quality of the food. All of those places are off of University Ave. In Menlo Park there are 2 places that might be worth checking out, but are just a little bit further away. One is called The Oasis and the other is called the Dutch Goose. Both are good burger/beer joints. The Dutch Goose also has a full bar if you're not in the mood for beer. I live about 2 min away from there and go at least once a week. "I love coaching here at SMU University" -June Jones
Re: Anyone going to the NIT games at Stanford?my vote is for Old Pro.

Re: Anyone going to the NIT games at Stanford?the Old Pro is the best place in my opinion.
