haha i don't think it made sense either way...
Re: Is Line out for the season
So if Padron could play but ruin his chances of a medical redshirt do u play him? Or do you play Preston? Or run the triple option with Jeremy Johnson, Darius Johnson, Beasely and Kevin Pope?

If Padron can play he is not eligible for the medical hardship whether he plays or not. If he is as incapacitated as it appears, he probably does not even make the trip. You do not play Conner at this late stage. Kaiser is the backup.

It was brought up by someone on the current football staff and I have no idea how it works but he can't apply until after his eligibility is expired, and we all wouldn't know until after it goes through NCAA channels.
No he has no redshirt year availiable because he used it on transfer year. No medical redshirt either. He was availiable and actually played in the 8th and 9th game of the year so he didn't have a season ending injury that occurred before the 7th game which disqualifies him from medical redshirt. He can't get a 6th year waiver because he hasn't missed 2 seasons due to injury. He's gone after this year

Maybe he can ask for a 'case keenum medical redshirt' and get an additional year. Oh, I forgot we don't pay people anymore- esp. the ncaa.

Re: Is Line out for the season
The guy from Paramount Sports is apparently picking SMU to cover. Heard him on the radio today talking about the game. He said SMU would cover with Zach Line running the ball. That guy clearly doesn't do his research. You would think if your business is based on getting people to buy your game picks, you would have looked into the injury situations for the free picks you are giving out on the radio.
