There doesn't have to be coercion for a kid to follow who recruited him.
Everyone on timid board knew he was interviewing w asu on sat, why couldn't the kid read bw the lines?
I think there is a little difference in the fact that Sumlin is now with A&M and Jones was still with SMU. That is the issue. Nobody doubted that recruits would go if Jones left. Just a little odd that they left and/or committed to a school with no coach with whom Jones was interviewing.
