This sounds like hubris on our part, i.e. to be critical of any school and their possible inclusion in a tranformed BE.
We successfully upgraded our FB program and became competitive over the last three years with a bowl game each year. However, work remains including increasing attendance and successfully transitioning into a BCS conference.
In the meantime, the less we say about other candidate schools the better. Otherwise, we look arrogant (which is how others may view us). On the topic of worthy universities, we might want to be more humble and grateful for our acceptance and national recognition.
