I've got Scout too-he said he grew up hating A&M. Another scoop by Laken and Scout btw

Not really a scoop unless she was the first to know and broadcast the info. This would require inside info from A$M or an email, text from Myers before the info was published on a A$M message board or made public by Myers on twitter, etc.

Man, I've heard about all the negative recruiting news I can stand in the last month...Hope our coaching staff has really gotten the message and will work a lot harder next year. This is not Hawaii, where I guess most of their recruits they could get to commit come to Hawaii just to see the area etc.. Here you have got to work it all the time. Home visits and getting to know the high school coaches is so important here in Texas... I am confident that Coach Phillips will do good here recruiting next year, but we learned from Klemm you can't depend on just one coach.

You won't see much of a difference unless there is a big cleaning of the house because this staff lacks the fundamental qualities necessary to excell at Texas recruiting. Younger, more agressive and more culturally diverse is what is needed

I'm afriad we'll get more of the same...
apparently we haven't gotten the memo. We arent on a freakin island anymore. We are BCS..So ridiculous and laughable now. Its almost comical.. We could be another Boise, instead we'll be Little Sisters of the Poor.

If Myers goes to aTm, will we have lost every Klemm recruit who committed ? Personally, I hope Myers sees his obvious opportunities to have a chance at SMU to start pretty quick and still play at a BCS school.

Aggies just lost a OL to ok state, Michael Wilson. I'm sure that will make Myers all that more important.

Guys, if you are interested in SMU athletics like we know you are, and spending a lot of time on Ponyfans...just invest in the $7.40 a month to get great reporting and up to the minute news, interviews etc.....its the price of one six pack a month....it helps recruiting for SMU as well.
