94 likes pie.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Hey...I am not totally devoid of a sense of humor.

There is nothing artificial about my superiority. It's home grown
And my snobbery is noted is it? How exciting for me, never had my snobbery noted.

The time I looked at that site I saw more than just JOS boards/threads - which means in some form it is attempting to compete.
We all like the occasional humor (I am actually probably more guilty than most) but not always at the 90% rate like it was getting at times.
Anyway, it was obvious they didn't want the likes of me over there when they didn't create an other sports board.
I hope they are having their fun, but I still fear it will be a nail in the coffin of ponyfans.com and that will be a shame.

Competition is good. If we get complacent, then we have a problem. It makes us better. BTW, no one is stopping you from doing what you want to do. You're stopping you. Heck, they put up with my Big 10 nonsense.
