Plenty of lawn where the University Garden Apts used to be for several more fountains!

Re: Bush Library
i think it is a great fit. Looks very nice - tailored and not gaudy like some of them can be.
I can tell you we had HUGE influence over brick color. They wanted something more contemporary and we ran out the clock on them.

Re: Bush Library
If you don't think the architecture of the library doesn't fit, how do you think the IPF will fit?

Re: Bush Library
not crossing mockingbird to go to a IPF - not gonna happen. plus tennis bldg about to break ground
Re: Bush Library
Not gaudy? It's going to be as big as Ford Stadium, which is ridiculous for any building that's not a football stadium. When it's done, I assume it's going to be visible from space, like the Great Wall of China.

Re: Bush Library
Drove by yesterday. Whole area north of mockingbird is going to be great - residential to Moody, to the Library.

Including all of the space taken up by the library and the surrounding ground (down to where the old bank used to be), it's substantially larger than Ford Stadium.
