Thanks for the article. BB junkie describes him well and demonstrates why Kansas and Kentucky both claim a connection to LB, SMU to-be-named coach. If in 2 or 3 years he leaves with SMU in a better place, what is the problem?

Frankly, he may consider SMU his greatest challenge and, possibly when he does retire, he greatest gift and success. Apparently lots of professional and college BB icons love him and, so will we and our fans and recruits.

Ok, maybe I was overly sensitive. Maybe the "middle-aged" part got to me, as I'm only 33 and didn't think of myself that way quite yet. And I'm tan, not white...
