why would a 4 star wr go to TCU? Very strange that they wouldn't go somewhere where they actually throw the ball. must be some other reason.....

Not a new thing for them to get a 4* wr. Kerley was 4* I think.

Article said that he had a relationship with TCU LB coach Randy Shannon. TCU has been getting a lot f highly regarded WR's over the last few years because they play that multiple formation offense.

Just a guess but getting to play in the Big XII and having one of the best QBs in the country throwing him the ball might have had something to do with it.
