Tcu colors are purple and white. Yet, they throw out black and red and the world doesn't stop? Remarkable.

It's no different than what we discuss here ad nauseum and what our reaction would be if we did this.

The TCU fans don't like the new uniforms (at least from most of what I have seen online - I'm sure there is a faction who does like them) and the players/recruits ostensibly like them.

It is urban legend if you are talking about a Horned Frog. It's not an urban legend if you are talking about a Horned Lizard. Those are two different animals.

Don't get me wrong, I really like TCU's normal uniforms and love the all white road. But hate what they do for their openers. The newest version is hideous. Easy for you to find on twitter.

I understand that recruits like ghetto-looking uniforms. But I hope we never do that, or black jerseys.

I don't like the amount of black myself but the players and recruits seem to like them. Ironically I actually like the helmets. I will say that TCU has figured out how to promote these things...check out the tcu uniform video on YouTube....it's pretty cool.

I did break down and bought my dad a white shirt to wear next week (we have season tickets together), so I guess I'll be wearing white as well, but after that it's all blue to home games!

The only way you'll be able to tell the difference from the stands is the visiting team will wear
grey jerseys.

The new uniforms are awesome - not as good as the frog-skin pants, but still awesome.
