You know, we all fight about enough stuff. But it's un-American to sit here and belittle someone's BBQ choices. I would never suggest your BBQ choices are in poor taste. My BBQ plate is plenty large for East Carolina Pulled Pork, Texas, St. Louis, KC- everything. Basically, for every animal you don't eat, I'm going to eat three.
Oh yeah? Well, you're a socialist, pinko commie liberal kumbaya singing hippie lover. P.S. And you would never suggest my BBQ choices are in poor taste because they AREN'T! If it ain't Memphis BBQ, it's crap! And any argument otherwise is simply sacreligious. #dropsmic #boss

I'm not gonna hate on Memphis dry rub. It's good. So is Eastern Carolina vinegar based pulled pork. So is Texas Brisket. And so is the BBQ on both ends of Missouri.

There is an "original" chicken n rice in Farmers Branch at Josey & Valley View that has been there forever. There are other "original"s and well as a couple chains of rip offs like MJ's Chicken n Rice.

Unfortunately not. Just some ice cream and a bread pudding in a whiskey sauce

Looks like Arroz con Pollo which is right up there with Paella as a staple of classic Spanish cooking

I can't wait either! Has anyone here had Chili and Rice? Apparently that was a big thing in Dallas but I haven't seem it anywhere. Famous restaurant called "Shanghai Jimmy's" near SMU?

Chicken and Rice is the national dish of Singapore. Here is some from a famous stand I ate at in May. That photo won't post, but this one will, weird:
