Re: Kingsbury bonuses
mrydel- totally understand your concerns. However, part of the attendance issue is the result of a poor product. i.e- if your mortgage expenses etc. are much higher than your competitors will your clients go with you or to another company. It is the quality of the product that matters- and our product is unexciting, we don't play teams people know and the teams we do play that people know kick the crap out of us because jj is too lazy to recruit better players. Hence, little interest in 'our product' from those that are not avid fans.
Re: Kingsbury bonuses
You can have bonuses for whatever you want in a contract but if we are not offering them a sufficient guaranteed sum they're not going to apply based on an attendance incentive Mustangs Abu!
Re: Kingsbury bonusesCorrect. You pay them $2,000,000 plus attendance incentive and they don't care about attendance. You pay them $500,000 with $3,000,000 worth of attendance incentives they will laugh at you and stay where they are.
