So we have confirmed that your claim that you would protest was false?

Where is your accountablity. Seems to me being a fan is being accountable to the team. If you do not support the team than you are not being accountable as a fan. Works both ways my friend. Going to four straight bowls is not enough to keep you around? Instead of seeing nothing but negatives, see some positives.

Nope. I'll gladly protest. Those of us with Rivals accounts are actively trying to set up a kickstarter campaign for #FireJuneJones. Care to join the movement?

Doesn't seem like you will have your weekends free if you are protesting then.

My accountability? Try 11 years and two missed home games and multiple trips to away games. I'm sure I didn't see you in the stands when BLM choked away that game in Pullman. Well I was there. I've given this program a lot over the past decade and they reward that with not just accepting.....but REWARDING mediocrity. When Bennett had flatlined....they fired him. When Cavan had flatlined....they fired him.....when Jones flatlined AND disgraced us with Arizona State.....it looks like we are gonna extend him. Sorry that's where I'm out. I'm sorry that doesn't work for you.

Grant,

Free of the burdens of being in the stands. Guess I should've been more specific.

PREDICTION: Giddy sunshine and reports of 8-4. 9-3 season in July and August followed by depression in September and dispair in October. June won't survive next year. Its catching up with him. Program is stair stepping down

LOL. If it were all about me I'd have taken my $2K Mustang Club donation and season tickets away long ago. Its about SMU and a clear lack of commitment, vision, and leadership to do what is needed to be done. If it meant that SMU would have a coach that gave 100% effort and an administration that was completely behind the program and we filled Ford Stadium week in and week out regardless of our opponent I'd never step foot in Ford Stadium again and be a happy man. This isn't about me dude.

SMT - Some people just want to listen to the string quartet as the Titanic sinks....

Other people look for a lifeboat.

Hey I get that you are frustrated, so are all of us, just don't allow that frustration to become a detriment.

It is a catch 22 - because to voice your displeasure by email and twitter to Hart, Turner, et al just isn't enough.

But to boycott games and donations will actually hurt the players and attendance numbers, both of which need our help.

But how else can we affect change? I'd like someone to answer that question.
