It would be interesting to see what are the common factors among these young guys and the predictability of them becoming great coaches in the future. Some seem to have something at a young age while others like, briles and morris develop as high school coaches and after a short time as assistants in college are successes as coordinators or head coaches. Is it their smarts, attention to detail, organizational skills, recruiting skills, communication skills, ability to evaluate and attract good assistants like Fry, innovation...maybe ability to teach with intimidation and motivate players to play at a high level like Patterson or Parcells.
