Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st storyNotice the grade changing came completely out of the story that was aired.
Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st storyOdd how Dale the A-hole doesn't even acknowledge this in sports. I guess taking down SMU once in a career is all that is needed
Pony up!!!
Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st story
Maybe this story doesn't have enough (read: any) substance. I may not like him, but he did have those damn envelopes...
Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st story
It was definitely good that Dale did not give it any air time during his segment. "We will play man to man and we will pick you up at the airport." - Larry Brown

Good find
Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st storyThat was some weak sauce.
Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st story"Highly Confidential" documents are pretty commonly released subject to a Confidentiality Agreement with material redacted. Still Confidentiality Agreement is generally still enforceable between the parties. There may be exceptions for matters resulting in litigation and for accusations of illegal or improper conduct or matters of public interest. These allegations suggests violations of Texas law which are matters of public interest

Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st storyI read most of the report-quickly. I don't think this report mentions that Frazier took a Physics class during summer school. He did take an internet History course from National (something-University?)

2nd story = rehash of 1st storymaybe public interest but debatable - this is a tv station not a court of law - where did they get this?
Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st storyThe report clearly talks about violations of Texas laws and they suggest possible reference to legal enforcement agencies

Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st storyIf I read this correctly, it looks like the physics course grade was not a factor in KF 's graduation. Also while Maligi was sent a copy of the physics report card with the falsified grade, he thought it was suspicious and did not forward it on to the SMU office reviewing Keith's record.
Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st storyOh I forgot this type of material is subject to a Freedom of Information Act request

Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st storyHaven't looked at the report was it redacted. Wouldn't a release of student info by a university be a violation of federal law. Are there different privacy laws for H S ans Colleges?

Re: 2nd story = rehash of 1st storyJust read a bit of the report. Looks like SMU hasn't patched up our relationship with Kimball coach Johnson completely
