Still Confidentiality Agreement is generally still enforceable between the parties. There may be exceptions for matters resulting in litigation and for accusations of illegal or improper conduct or matters of public interest. These allegations suggests violations of Texas law which are matters of public interest

I read most of the report-quickly. I don't think this report mentions that Frazier took a Physics class during summer school. He did take an internet History course from National (something-University?)

maybe public interest but debatable - this is a tv station not a court of law - where did they get this?

The report clearly talks about violations of Texas laws and they suggest possible reference to legal enforcement agencies

If I read this correctly, it looks like the physics course grade was not a factor in KF 's graduation. Also while Maligi was sent a copy of the physics report card with the falsified grade, he thought it was suspicious and did not forward it on to the SMU office reviewing Keith's record.

Haven't looked at the report was it redacted. Wouldn't a release of student info by a university be a violation of federal law. Are there different privacy laws for H S ans Colleges?
