I think the analysis is very accurate.
I also don't like Doh's quotes. I think the "develop energy" quote is amusing. Its called motivation. I take that as a sign the players aren't playing hard for their coach & that he's lost his team. I have never heard of developing energy on the basketball court.
The team is a reflection of its coach.

2nd favorite: "I'm a salesman" to which I would agree with.
But as we all know, you have to have a good product in order to sell soemething.
