No deep-fried parrotts?
Re: ECU MENU
Southern style pork spareribs, homeade brats and beirwurst, beans and slaw in the pacific northwest is the plan for the party at my house. Sadly, the SMU game won't be on unless I can fanagle a channelsurfing feed to the big screen.

We know what they are. We eat them with seafood. Of course, knowing that your style of barbecue uses vinegar sauce, they might go well with that.

Re: ECU MENU
I have never heard of hush puppies with barbecue. In Texas we eat them with fried seafood. Carolina barbecue is pretty good especially pulled pork covered in cold slaw but it is still a second choice to real Texas pit barbecue.
