Band hasn't been notified of any arrangements yet but I'm sure Statler, etc. may know more than me. Our director hasn't been optimistic but I can assure you the band is holding out hope. Being a junior I barely missed the last trip so here's hoping for part 2!
Let's not make more out of this than is necessary. I think JJ is emphasizing the threshold at which we'd realistically be able to get there in the first place. Their goal is obviously not to ONLY win 3 out of 4 games - the goal is, and has been, to win a conference championship.
