They would have to win the conference tourney to get into the NCAA tournament. If Tulane wins the conference tournament, the next placed team in the conference gets the automatic bid to the NIT - that would be Houston. SMU would have to get an at-large bid to the NIT, which most definitely will ...

IMO, Jillian Samuels got robbed! Jareica Hughes has had an amazing career at UTEP but she's not even in the top 20 in scoring this year for conference play. Jillian is #8 on the list. That's a shame - good kid, good player.

Really nice win! C-usa is tough this year for women's basketball so a win at home is critical. Gotta take care of business on our home court next week against East Carolina too.
