I don't see any need to mike the band. From my seat on the east side, south 30 yard line, I heard the SMU band just fine. I was impressed by the way the sound carried to us in the stadium, even though we were on the same side, but different end, of the field.

PonyUp, Tech's passing game has been better than expected with two quarterbacks who had no college experience. The big problem has been dropped passes.

Tech had success throwing the ball against Tennessee and Fresno State.

Moats is listed as questionable. If he doesn't play, it obviously really hurts our offense.

Either way I think this game will probably be close. SMU seems to play much better at home. The Mustangs beat us last time we came there.

Stallion, from what I can glean from our board's recruiting junkies it appears La Tech will probably take about 3 to 5 partial or non qualifiers in this class. I don't know how that compares with Fresno State and others.
