Don't know if there's an organized event. If you're going to be near downtown, Third Base is probably the best option. It's on Sixth, just east of Mopac.

At least the Metallica pre game was better than "Pony Up." I completely agree that the live technical direction in the booth is pathetic. How much could it cost to get someone from the game-day production staff for the Cowboys to come help the folks running things at Ford? Not saying that I do or do ...

I was standing in the south end zone letting my kids run around in the 4th quarter and a player from Nichols State named AJ Carter (m) came up and asked if I was affiliated with the program. Not sure why he thought that, maybe the shirt and hat I had on. Whatever the reason, he was a big kid, 6'3 ...

Another thought, how about getting fans to sing Pony Battle Cry before the game, leaving Varsity to post game? That way you might get non-alums to actually make some noise and it is a lot more ...

I think you kill the background vocals. No offense to the ladies, but it gives the song a wimpy 50s feel to it.
